Why NCLC 5
Not every immigration pathway needs the full CLB 7 Express Entry bonus. If you're applying for:
- Francophone Mobility Work Permit — LMIA-exempt (saves your employer the $1,000 LMIA fee). Only Speaking & Listening are tested, and NCLC 5 is the requirement.
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC), TEER 2/3 jobs — NCLC 5 across all four skills is enough to qualify.
A shorter, more affordable, faster program gets you there — without spending months training for skills you don't need yet.
